program provides clients with a method of outsourcing professional
staffing support services on an interim basis. Staffing efforts are driven

management in candidate screening, interview assessment, and reference
checking of potential candidates.
Project Staffing allows
our clients to focus their organizational resources. Our staffing
professionals are an instant resource to do as much or as little of the
employment process as you need. We screen resumes, interview candidates,
document interviews, check references, coordinate on site interview,
source and build applicant date bases.
Following development of
each position specification, Wells Reed Company develops an interview
template highlighting the key skill sets required for success in the
assignment. Resumes are then screened to identify those individuals
meeting the preliminary position requirements. Screened candidates are
then interviewed to identify the most qualified candidates.
Qualified individual resumes and formal assessments with relevant
strength’s and weaknesses are presented to the client.
Wells Reed Company
personnel will also source well-matched candidates for referral candidates
for similar or other positions under this program. This practice results
in a lower cost-per-hire and can help to offset the cost of the program.
Additionally, if requested, an ongoing candidate database will be
developed for future low cost recruitment programs.
This service is
contracted on an hourly or project basis.
