utilizes a disciplined seven phase search process consisting of planning,
research, recruiting, interviewing, presentation, completion, and follow
up. Each phase is accompanied by ongoing communications to ensure our
client organization is kept current on the search progress. The reporting
methods and frequency are adjusted to meet each client’s needs and
preferences.
The initial search plan
is developed and tailored to the unique needs of each client. This plan
will include specific targeted recruiting sources, and a forecast of
candidate interview dates and assignment completion.
Wells Reed Company has
extensive state of the art research capability, and a historical network
that includes thousands of nationwide contacts. In addition, we have
access to over 600 on-line databases and affiliations with nearly 100
industry specific research firms.
Cost for this service is
based on a percentage of the first years total compensation billed in
one-third increments, plus expenses related directly to the specific
assignment.
