We developed our
Competitor Benchmarking program to provide support to our clients in the
identification and evaluation of selected talent and competitor
organizations. The program provides our clients the benefit of an
excellent overview of targeted competitor organizations, developing
markets, and executive talent within their industry.
Many of our clients
utilize this program to assist them in benchmarking of executive talent
and analysis of competitor organizational structures. Additionally, the
Competitor Benchmarking program can be employed as a pre-search tool that
allows management to evaluate external versus internal executive
capabilities without the commitment of the standard search process.

This four-phase program
includes:

Identification of targeted competitors and establishment of benchmarking criteria. |

 | Contact and assessment of targeted executives and/or
organizations. Executive assessment includes a career profile that
outlines professional accomplishments, and evaluation of qualifications to
the established benchmarking criteria. Organizational information covers
the structure, functional accountabilities, and key executive management
teams. |

Analysis of internal executive management teams with
benchmarking to external competitor talent. |

Comprehensive review and recommendations conducted with
client. |

The cost of this program
is on a project basis and based on the executive position or organization
benchmarked. This cost frequently is offset through executive staffing of
identified talent that results from the benchmark study. |
