Our Executive Assessment
service is utilized for internal and external candidate evaluations. In
the area of external candidate evaluations we serve as a third party
contacting selected executives to determine potential interest, and
evaluating their capabilities for specific assignments. Additionally, the
service is of value in providing an objective third party assessment of
internal management talent.
The Executive Assessment
service includes development of a formal position specification by our
firm. This position specification includes the correlating of specific
criteria needed for success in the assignment, and is used in the
assessment process.
The client’s
pre-identified candidate(s) are contacted by our organization to verify
interest and to arrange an initial screening against position
specification. Qualified candidates are interviewed and a formal
assessment developed. This assessment evaluates their professional
experience against the established position criteria, ranks them against
other candidates, and makes recommendations for further consideration or
close out. Clients may also specify incorporation of behavioral
measurement tools in the assessment process. The result is an objective,
professional view of potential candidates presented in a concise and
standard format.
This program can be
contracted at an hourly or a fixed cost project basis.
